Job summary

Asian Paints Limited is seeking an HR operations professional to manage payroll inputs, attendance updates, recruitment, training administration, and compliance activities across the employee life cycle.

You will coordinate contract labour, compile monthly MIS reports, maintain statutory records, and ensure accurate payroll processing in a busy Indian manufacturing environment with attention to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily attendance and update leaves in Attendance Management System
• Prepare Payroll Input sheet and verify Salary Register
• Prepare Payroll related reports
• Manage Recruitment processes such as written tests and interviews
• Coordinate for medical tests and issue offer letters
• Manage Training Administration per Annual Training Calendar
• File monthly statutory returns and maintain statutory registers
• Coordinate with external contractors for contract labour
• Generate monthly MIS reports

Employee Life Cycle Activities

• Conduct end-to-end employee life cycle activities including induction & joining formalities, confirmation process, promotion, transfer, changes in reporting relationships, separation and preparation of relieving letter

Recruitment

• Manage Recruitment process such as written test and interviews
• Search for candidates through job portals and recruitment consultants
• Handle Walk-in interviews
• Prepare offer letter and co-ordinate for Medical Test of selected candidate

Training Administration

Manage trainings as per Annual Training Calendar and update training records

• Process payments for external trainers

Statutory Compliances

• File monthly statutory returns
• Maintain various statutory registers and records as required by Law
• Manage Contract Labor in coordination with external contractors
• Procure and distribute welfare items
• Maintain various Quality records as per Quality, Safety and Environment Management Systems
• Generate various monthly MIS reports

Contract Labour

• Monitor daily attendance and update leaves in Attendance Management System
• Prepare Payroll Input sheet and verify Salary Register
