Asian Paints in Ahmedabad district, Gujarat invites an adhesives technologist to support field teams with site sampling, complaints handling and new product development, extending technical guidance across the network. You will coordinate testing in R&T labs, manage product training for field teams, and help scale the rollout of new adhesive formulations across division sites.

• Site Sampling and Contractor reach-out: Facilitate the field team in contractor reach outs and inducing sampling with the contractor set and registering them in MasterStrokes (MS)
• Complaint Handling: Rapid response to the product complaints raised by the network dealers/contractors/carpenters/masons
• New Product Development: Complete all the required testing & trials in coordination with R&T; Take ownership of the application lab in the division
• Product Training: Lead product training initiatives for the field teams for the division

Job Purpose
