Job summary

Ardex Endura India Pvt Ltd is seeking an on-site Training & Field Supervision professional to support product demonstrations, sampling, testing, and training across site teams. The role involves coordinating with contractors and clients for sample/testing work, and delivering customised content for multilingual teams.

The candidate will supervise daily on-site activities, ensure adherence to specifications and safety standards, and maintain detailed logs.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform hands-on product demonstrations, sampling and testing on site.
• Coordinate with contractor and client for sampling or testing at site.
• Provide on-site training to masons and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct material and substrate sampling per project specifications and QA protocols.
• Document site conditions, application readiness, and deviations with reports and photos.
• Coordinate with lab teams for sample analysis and result interpretation.
• Deliver hands-on training sessions to applicators and site teams on product usage, safety, and installation techniques.
• Customise training content for multilingual and culturally diverse teams.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Investigate product- or application-related complaints through site visits and stakeholder interviews.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed complaint logs and ensure timely closure with client satisfaction.
• Supervise daily site activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material logistics to maintain workflow continuity.
• Escalate non-compliance or critical issues to senior technical or operations teams.
