Camions Logistics Solutions is seeking a Telesales Executive for its Mobility team in Gurugram. The role involves calling driver leads, explaining our car rental program, answering queries, and guiding drivers to visit the office for next steps.

You will engage drivers, understand their requirements, and follow up to meet daily calling and conversion targets while coordinating with the team for smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
• Basic English preferred.
• Familiar with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in telecalling or telesales is advantageous.

About the Role

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our Mobility team. The main responsibility will be to call driver leads shared by the company, explain our car rental program, answer their queries, and encourage interested drivers to visit our office for the next steps.

We work with the Uber platform, and cars are provided to drivers on a rental basis.

What Youll Do

• Call driver leads provided by the company.
• Speak with drivers and understand their requirements.
• Explain our car rental program, process, and benefits.
• Answer basic questions and clear any doubts the drivers may have.
• Follow up with interested drivers and keep them engaged.
• Convince interested drivers to visit the office for further discussion and onboarding.
• Maintain regular updates on calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Work towards daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the team for smooth driver onboarding.

What Were Looking For

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
• Good communication; basic English is preferred.
• Comfortable making regular follow-up calls.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer handling, or driver onboarding will be an advantage.
