Job summary

Aditya Railcab in Hyderabad is seeking a field-based Driver Acquisition Executive to identify and onboard car, auto and bike drivers for the RailCab platform. You will engage drivers from Ola, Uber, Rapido and other mobility networks, and build a reliable driver network across city hubs.

The role requires strong communication, aggressive follow-up, and willingness to travel to railway stations, driver hubs, and fleet locations to meet daily targets and onboard partners.

Qualifications

• 12th pass is required; graduation is preferred.
• 1–3 years in fleet/driver acquisition or field sales.
• Experience with Ola, Uber, Rapido or similar mobility platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel across Hyderabad.

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and acquire car, auto and bike drivers for the RailCab platform.
• Approach and onboard drivers currently working with Ola, Uber, Rapido and other mobility platforms.
• Identify and build relationships with individual drivers, fleet owners and driver networks across Hyderabad.
• Conduct regular field visits to railway stations, driver hubs, parking areas, fleet locations and other high-potential locations to generate driver leads.
• Explain RailCab's platform, driver earning model, benefits and onboarding process to prospective driver partners.
• Generate driver and fleet-partner leads through field visits, referrals, networking and local outreach.
• Assist drivers with RailCab app installation, registration and onboarding.
• Coordinate driver KYC and required document collection and verification.
• Provide basic training and orientation to newly onboarded driver partners.
• Follow up with onboarded drivers to ensure they become active on the RailCab platform and complete their first trips.
• Develop and maintain relationships with fleet owners and driver groups to build a sustainable driver network.
• Build and maintain an accurate database of driver and fleet-partner leads.
• Develop driver referral and local acquisition channels.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly driver acquisition targets.
• Track and report driver leads, onboarding, activation and first-trip conversion.
• Gather driver feedback and communicate operational issues and market insights to the RailCab operations and management teams.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure adequate driver availability around key railway stations and demand areas.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12th pass or equivalent qualification required; graduation is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.
• minimum experience of 1-3 years in fleet acquisition, driver acquisition, driver onboarding, field sales, business development, logistics, transportation, mobility or related areas.
• Candidates with experience working with or acquiring drivers from Ola, Uber, Rapido or similar mobility platforms will be highly preferred.
• Experience in acquiring fleet owners, vendors, delivery partners, drivers or other field-based partners will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable approaching and interacting with drivers and fleet owners directly.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role and travelling across Hyderabad.
• Good knowledge of Hyderabad and its major areas, railway stations and transportation ecosystem.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and achieve acquisition targets.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile applications and digital onboarding processes.
• Candidates with an existing network of cab, auto, bike drivers or fleet owners in Hyderabad will be highly preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field visits.
• Telugu and English communication skills preferred; knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
