Spinny in Gurugram is seeking a driven Telesales Executive to handle customer queries and drive sales through voice processes. The role requires excellent communication and a customer-centric approach.

Location: Sector 49, Gurugram. 9-hour shift with roster off. Immediate joiners preferred, and you will work to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field is a must.
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
• Prior telesales, customer support, or BPO experience is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

• Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in an efficient and friendly manner.
