Job summary

Jobtailor in Mumbai is seeking an export logistics professional to manage the end-to-end export delivery process and coordinate order processing with precision. You will organize transportation for export consignments and maintain strong communication with customers regarding orders and deliveries.

You will collaborate closely with sales, warehouse, and freight forwarding partners to ensure smooth operations, leveraging SAP/ERP and MS Office in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in managing the order and delivery process within export logistics.
• Experience with SAP/ERP is a must.
• Knowledge of EU requirements and ICH guidelines is desirable.
• Proven experience in export trade coordination or related roles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
