Job summary

Purplle.com is seeking an HR Business Partner for Retail to lead end-to-end HR initiatives across Purplle stores in Tamil Nadu and Telangana.

You will manage the complete employee lifecycle—from onboarding and engagement to performance management, grievance handling and offboarding—for retail staff, while driving talent acquisition, workforce planning, and data-driven HR insights. Travel within the assigned states is required.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Preferred Industry: Retail, FMCG, Beauty & Cosmetics.
• Experience handling multiple retail locations and field employees.
• Strong stakeholder management, employee relations, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS, with the ability to analyze HR data and prepare reports.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state.
