Job summary

Lenskart.com is seeking a senior HR leader to drive people strategies across 120–130 stores in the Bihar region. You will partner with regional heads to align HR goals with business priorities, oversee manpower planning, employee relations, and data-driven people insights.

The role requires 5–10 years of HR experience with 2–5 years in retail/e-commerce, managing large teams (700–900). Extensive travel (60–70%) across Bihar is expected to support audits, store visits, and leadership engagements.

• Experience managing large manpower (700–900) across multiple stores/locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Business Head and Cluster Managers to align HR strategy with business goals for 120–130 stores.
• Drive manpower planning and ensure workforce availability across the region.
• Lead employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinary actions, and documentation.
• Analyse people data—attrition, absenteeism, productivity—and provide insights for business decisions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, connect sessions, rewards/recognition activities, and store visits.
• Track and control attrition for Optometrists and Store Leaders with targeted retention plans.
• Identify capability gaps and coordinate with L&D for training interventions and manager development.
• Travel extensively (60–70%) for store visits, audits, employee meetings, and leadership engagement across Bihar.
• Strong field HR management experience and excellent stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional Business Head and Cluster Managers to align HR strategy with business goals for 120–130 stores.
• Drive manpower planning and ensure optimal workforce availability across the region (TA handled centrally).
• Lead employee relations (ER) cases including investigations, fact‑finding, disciplinary actions, and documentation.
• Analyse people data—attrition, absenteeism, productivity—and provide insights for business decisions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, connect sessions, R&R activities, and store visits to improve employee experience.
• Track and control attrition, especially for Optometrists and Store Leaders, through targeted retention plans.
• Identify capability gaps and coordinate with L&D for training interventions and manager development programs.
• Travel extensively (60–70%) for store visits, audits, employee meetings, and leadership engagement across Bihar.
• Strong field HR management experience.
