Job summary

Sadhav Offshore Engineering Corporation in Mumbai seeks an HR Operations/Generalist with 2–4 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR activities and the employee lifecycle. The role requires an MBA/PGDM in HR or MSW/equivalent and strong MS Excel abilities for HR MIS reporting.

• Knowledge of statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF) is a plus.

• Experience: 2 to 4 years in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
• Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR / MSW / equivalent
• Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Strong practical experience in statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT and LWF.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS/reporting.
• Handle payroll, attendance and leave management.
• Recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
• PMS, KRA/KPI and appraisal activities.
• Prepare manpower, recruitment, payroll, compliance and employee-related MIS.
• Coordinate with site HR teams and multiple locations for HR data and compliance requirements.
• Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs and management instructions.
