Responsibilities

• Taking care of Orders.
• Shipments port and pre-shipment and other export documentation.
• Handling payments recording and system entries.
• Daily-Weekly-Monthly-Quarterly - MIS reports preparation.
• Follow up with Production/Planning/Logistics department.
• Negotiation of Ocean Freight with logistics.
• Understanding of international trade compliance requirements.
• Develop new and existing relationships with Customers, Negotiate contracts with customers.
• Managing Records of Sales, Revenue and Other Important Data.
