Job summary

M.A.EXPORTS in India seeks an export coordinator to prepare documentation, invoices, bills of lading, and origin certificates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will coordinate with shipping agents, manage EXIM processes (DGFT) and licenses, and track shipments. Knowledge of B2B/B2C platforms like Alibaba and Indiamart is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare export documentation, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with shipping agents to ensure timely clearance of goods through customs.
• Manage EXIM processes such as DGFT regulations and obtain necessary licenses or permits for exports.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to imports and exports.
• Maintain accurate records of shipment tracking numbers, delivery status updates from shipping agents.
• Knowledge of export-related work and platforms (Alibaba, Indiamart) plus domestic and online sales; familiarity with export documents and buyer calls.

• Maintain accurate records of shipment tracking numbers, delivery status updates from shipping agents.
  
• He should have good knowledge of exports related work. Should know all B2B and B2C platforms working like Alibaba, Indiamart and domestic sale and online sale etc. Also some knowledge of Export related documents and calling to buyer.
