ExeMed is seeking an Export/Logistics Specialist in Gujarat to manage GDP/GDP-related export processes, maintain records, and coordinate shipments. You will prepare key documents, liaise with overseas clients, and ensure compliance with export regulations.

The role requires attention to detail, ERP proficiency, and collaboration with freight forwarders and banks. The position involves end-to-end handling of export documentation, shipment tracking, and ensuring accurate invoicing and L/C

Role & responsibilities

• To ensure GXP (Such as GDP, cGMP, and etc.) compliance.


• Maintain export records and reports.


• Communicate with overseas clients regarding orders, deliveries, and documentation


• Ensure compliance with export regulations and international trade laws


• Track shipments and provide status updates to customers.


• To ensure completeness of documents as per GDP in the concerned department.


• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and logistics providers.


• Pre-shipment: Prepares essential documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and inspection certificates,


• Shipping & Customs: Drafts Bills of Lading, handles shipping bill checklists, and coordinates with customs brokers.


• To provide ancillary support as and when required as designated by Section Head/Department Head/Designee.


• Post-shipment: Reviews and submits necessary documents to banks for Letters of Credit (LC) and handles bank negotiations for payment collection.


• Work diligently with Freight Forwarder and shipping lines in relation to shipment of goods


• Ensure good housekeeping practices in concerned areas/Department/Plant.


• Inputs data into the system to create file, shippers export declaration transmission, invoice to client and shipment track and trace update


• Daily environmental condition throughout BSR as per SOP along with documentation.


• Verify export paperwork and labels are correct and complete


• Providing classification and licensing information for exports and deemed exports


• Physical V/S system stock verification.


• PTN verification with physical materials.


• Preparation for Invoice/ e-way bill/ E- Invoice., L.R updation/ follow up.


• To ensure proper outward management system along with its up-dation in ERP.


• Handle export-related banking activities, including Letters of Credit (LC), export payments, and documentation submission


• Timely maintenance and up keep of area / equipment / ancillary items, etc.


• Follow and carry good housekeeping practices in area.


• Report any deviation during the process to Head - Dispatch/ QA / Site Head.


• Responsible to support QA for implementation of quality system in department.


• Co-ordination with QC, QA, maintenance, HSE, production department for smooth running of area / plant.


• Ensure line clearance in area as per procedure before Dispatch.


• Ensure timely completion of training program (GMP, GDP, data integrity, SOPs) of self and staff available in department as per available schedule.


• To participate in investigations of deviations, incidents and non-conformity and execute and complete relevant CAPA as per SOP.
