Novumgen Limited in Vadodara, Gujarat, seeks a senior professional with 24 years in customer service, commercial operations, order management or supply chain, preferably in pharma. You will handle queries, orders, deliveries and invoicing, using Excel and ERP systems to keep trackers and KPIs up to date.

You are a proactive, detail-oriented communicator who can coordinate with multiple stakeholders, prioritise tasks, and uphold SOPs and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 24 years of experience in Customer Service, Commercial Operations, Order Management or Supply Chain.
• Experience handling customer queries, orders, deliveries, invoicing and order-related issues.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables and basic data analysis.
• Experience using ERP systems; knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
• Experience maintaining trackers, reports and KPIs and following up on outstanding actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership.
