Job summary

Regaal Resources in Kolkata is seeking an Executive Customer Service (Pre-Sales) to coordinate with customers and distributors, understand requirements, and promote products. You will manage leads, maintain MIS and support the sales team in negotiations and deal closures.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in Pre-Sales or Sales Coordination, with strong Excel/MIS skills and solid communication abilities. This role offers an on-site working arrangement in Kolkata.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Customer Service or Sales Coordination.
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS and reporting.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
