Job summary

Mahindra Finance is seeking a field sales professional to generate leads and acquire new car loan customers in the Wakad, Pune area. You will conduct field marketing, visit customers, and build strong dealer and referral partner networks to drive loan disbursement.

The role requires educating customers on loan products, documentation, and processes, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Undergraduate from a recognized institution.
• 0-3 years of experience in Sales, Direct Marketing, BFSI, Auto Finance, or related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
