Job summary

Centre For Sight in India invites applications for a customer service and sales support role. You will answer inbound calls, create purchase orders, respond to customer enquiries, and place orders while aiming to upsell products and services.

You will transfer calls to staff as needed, clear daily email logs, research and resolve billing issues, and document call logs and reports. This position offers learning and growth in a busy clinical supply environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting orders and billing is a plus.
