Role Summary
The Personal Assistant to the Director provides high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to ensure the Director’s time, priorities, and communications are managed efficiently and confidentially.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefs, and correspondence.
- Screen calls, emails, and requests; prioritize and follow up as needed.
- Coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and confidential discussions.
- Maintain accurate records, documents, and filing systems.
- Assist in project coordination and tracking action items.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Support the Director in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 6 months or more experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Experience working with directors, executives, or board-level stakeholders is an advantage.
