Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Partner in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and discreet, with excellent communication and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline; additional qualifications in Management or Secretarial Practice advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a law firm, corporate, consulting, or professional services environment preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace calendar tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, discreet, and capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Partner's calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with clients, lawyers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the Managing Partner.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, minutes, and other business documents.
  • Maintain and organize confidential documents, records, and files.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Track important deadlines, meetings, commitments, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate with internal legal and administrative teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Assist in preparing client-related documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings when required and record important discussions and action points.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.
  • Assist with event coordination, business meetings, and professional engagements.
  • Prepare and maintain trackers, MIS reports, expense records, and other administrative reports.
  • Follow up with concerned team members and ensure pending tasks are completed within timelines.
  • Support the Managing Partner in day-to-day administrative and professional activities.
  • Perform other duties and special assignments as required.

Job Summary
