Job summary

Choice International is seeking a dynamic and analytical professional to drive corporate strategy, business planning, and growth initiatives. The role will develop long-term strategy, conduct market research, and support leadership in strategic decision-making.

You will lead strategy roadmaps, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR, and Finance, while driving process improvements and new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Strategy: Develop and execute corporate strategy roadmap and annual business plan
• Market research & benchmarking: Conduct market research, industry analysis and competitor benchmarking; identify opportunities
• Planning & Growth: Prepare AOP, budgets and forecasts with Finance; collaborate with Growth teams
• Performance tracking: Track performance vs plan and prepare MIS for management
• Strategic projects: Lead initiatives, partnerships, and new vertical launches; prepare board decks and support M&A/digital projects
• Cross-functional coordination: Liaise with Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR and Finance
• Process improvements: Drive efficiency projects and process improvements

• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking Identify new business opportunities, products and geographies Business
• Planning & Growth: Prepare AOP (Annual Operating Plan), budgets and forecasts with Finance Work closely with Business Development, EB/Non-EB teams for growth planning
• Track business performance vs plan and prepare MIS for management Strategic
• Projects: Lead strategic initiatives, partnerships and new vertical launches Prepare Board presentations, investor decks and management reports Support M&A, alliances, and digital transformation projects Cross-Functional
• Coordination: Liaison with Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR and Finance teams
• Drive process improvement and efficiency projects
