Job summary

Ex is seeking a candidate for an insurance back-office data extraction role in India. The role involves reviewing clearance, rating, binding and endorsement requests from brokers, insureds and underwriters, and extracting data as per SOP.

You will notify downstream teams or customers as required by SOP and ensure SLA targets are met. Ideal candidates have experience in US insurance processes, strong interpretation skills, and solid business writing abilities to maintain high-quality transaction

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance back-office processes.
• Fundamental knowledge of US insurance and different types of requests.
• Ability to meet targets as per SLA.
• Strong interpretation and data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming Clearance, Rating, Binding, Endorsement requests from brokers, agents, Insureds and Underwriters.
• Extract data accurately as required by the SOP.
• Complete notification to downstream team(s) and/or customer as per SOP.
• Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met.
• Ensure that the quality of the transactions complies with predefined parameters.
• Must have fundamental knowledge of US insurance, understand different types of requests and systems used in insurance processes.
• Adhere to attendance schedules, company policies and procedures.
• Have detailed knowledge of department products, workflows and procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent interpretation skills.
• Demonstrate strong business writing skills.
