Job summary

Greenlam Industries in Tirupati is seeking an Inventory & Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, including receipt, storage and dispatch of materials. You will maintain strict inventory levels and monitor FIFO to minimize discrepancies.

This role requires advanced MS Excel and SAP expertise, with responsibilities for GRN/MRN documentation, stock audits, and close coordination with Production, Purchase and Planning teams to ensure timely material availability for assembly.

Qualifications

• Experience in store management and inventory control.
• Ability to track and reconcile inventory variances.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Excel.

Role & responsibilities

Inventory & Store Management -

• Supervise day-to-day store operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels for fabricated parts
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile variances.
• Implement and monitor FIFO.
• Ensure the proper physical verification in regular intervals.
• Handling Goods Receipt Note (GRN)
• Material Issuance and Control, Management of Shelf-Life Items
• Control of Slow Moving & Non-moving Items
• Verification of Bill of Materials (BOM) Items
• Management of Consumables and Packaging Materials, Posting as per Actual Consumption
• Reconciliation of Returnable Gate Pass (RGP) / Non-Returnable Gate Pass
• Handling of Supplier Rejected Materials
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Planning teams to ensure timely availability of materials for vehicle assembly.

Documentation & ERP

• Maintain updated records in ERP/MRP systems SAP
• Ensure correct documentation for GRN, MRN, issue slips, return notes, and stock statements.
• Track vendor deliveries, pending orders, and material shortages.
