Job summary

om techno india is seeking a store and inventory professional to manage inward/outward material records, prepare delivery challans, and track material movement from receipt to dispatch.

The role includes maintaining inventory records, filing challans/GRNs, coordinating with production and dispatch, and generating Excel reports. A Graduate with 13 years of experience in store/inventory is preferred; MS Excel proficiency and manufacturing exposure are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate with relevant store/inventory experience.
• 13 years experience in Store, Inventory, Documentation or Dispatch.
• Proficient in MS Excel for reporting.
• Knowledge of inventory management and documentation processes.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer material inward and outward records.
• Prepare and manage Delivery Challans (DC) and dispatch documents.
• Track customer-wise material movement from receipt to dispatch.
• Maintain inventory records and perform physical stock verification.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of challans, GRNs and related records.
• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch and Customers regarding material status.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports in MS Excel.
• Identify and report any material or documentation mismatches.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure complete traceability of customer material.
