Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding
• Provide market insights on processes such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits to identify and implement best practices
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee records and documentation in HRIS and in compliance with legal and company requirements
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Training, to ensure seamless delivery of HR services
• Provide support in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
• Assist employees with HR-related queries, resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with planning and organizing company events
