Job summary

Lodha in Pune invites applications for an Executive / Sr. Executive – Recruitment to manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle for assigned business functions, ensuring timely and quality hires within defined budgets.

You will partner with department heads to understand requirements, source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and headhunting, conduct HR interviews, negotiate offers and drive joining. 4+ years of relevant recruitment experience and MBA/PG are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant recruitment experience.
• MBA / PG required.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with Department Heads to understand hiring requirements and drive closures.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and headhunting.
• Conduct candidate screening, HR interviews, interview coordination and CTC/grade negotiations.
• Ensure timely offer rollouts and successful candidate joining.
• Maintain a healthy sourcing mix and manage recruitment costs.
• Drive employee referral initiatives for critical hiring requirements.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation and competitor trends.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and provide guidance to team members where required.
