Job summary

Event-u-all in Bangalore is seeking a Client Services Executive with 1+ year experience in event management to manage client relationships, understand requirements, and coordinate with operations and creative teams to deliver successful events.

You will prepare cost estimations, present proposals, and contribute to marketing strategies while ensuring quality output, timely delivery, and repeat business from existing clients. Preference for female candidates.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate client needs clearly.
• Prior experience in handling clients in event management.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, modifications, brief and event objectives.
• Act as bridge between Client and Operations & Creative teams.
• Generate repeat business by managing client relationships and selling promotional marketing services.
• Ensure timely turnaround and quality output.
• Send delivery reports, maintain project tracker and update account files.
• Create cost estimations, negotiate with clients and close deals.
• Understand marketing plans and budget guidelines for client negotiations.
• Prepare PPT/Keynote & PDF presentations and commercial outlay of events.
• Participate in marketing strategies & sales plans.
• Identify competition and stay updated with event trends.
