Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to manage end-to-end event planning and execution. The ideal candidate should have strong operational capabilities, vendor management experience, and practical knowledge of AV, sound, lighting, and fabrication setups used in live events and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, and experiential campaigns
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, production teams, and internal stakeholders
• Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and on-ground execution
• Handle vendor sourcing, negotiations, and production coordination
• Supervise setup and execution of AV, sound, lighting, stage, and fabrication requirements
• Ensure smooth execution of registrations, guest management, backstage operations, and show flow
• Conduct venue recce and coordinate technical requirements with production teams
• Troubleshoot operational and technical challenges during live events
• Prepare post‑event reports, budgets, and feedback summaries
• Maintain high standards of client servicing and execution excellence

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, exhibitions, or hospitality
• Good knowledge of AV systems, sound, lighting, stage production, and fabrication
• Strong understanding of event production and technical execution
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in fast‑paced environments and handle deadlines efficiently
• Vendor management and negotiation experience
• Flexibility to travel and work on weekends/event days when required
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and presentation tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling corporate events and brand activations
• Knowledge of event production workflows and technical setup requirements
• Creative problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail
• Existing vendor network within the events industry is a plus
