Job summary

Discover Resorts in Karjat is seeking a Wedding Sales Manager to join the Weddings & Events Department. You will drive sales, lead client meetings, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless event experience.

The role requires experience in destination weddings or events, fluency in Hindi and English, and a strong business- and guest-focused mindset. High-energy, event-facing work with travel between venues is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in destination weddings, events, hospitality or related industry; at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Fluency in Hindi and English mandatory; Gujarati/Marwari/Sindhi optional.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a growth mindset.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and customer-service skills.
