Job summary

Meragi is a fast-growing startup transforming India’s wedding industry. We’re seeking driven, customer-focused individuals who can lead sales efforts, manage client relationships, and collaborate with design teams to bring dream weddings to life.

Freshers are welcome for Intern to Full-time conversions. Responsibilities include owning sales performance, converting prospects, and collaborating with design and operations teams to ensure flawless event delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1–4 years of sales experience preferred, in wedding/event or lifestyle sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of design aesthetics and client preferences; creative mindset is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales performance for your team and consistently achieve targets.
• Identify and convert new prospects through multiple channels.
• Share feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a smooth journey from consultation to event delivery.
