Job summary

Meragi Events E-commerce Private Limited in Goa seeks a results-driven Sales and Business Development professional to design and execute growth strategies, attract new clients, and close deals in India's wedding services market.

You will lead client meetings, build lasting relationships, collaborate with planning teams, and mentor junior staff while targeting annual sales goals. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in sales, with strong CRM skills and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably within wedding/event industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and generate leads.
