Meragi is a fast-growing startup transforming India’s wedding industry. We’re seeking driven sales professionals to lead client engagements, drive growth, and convert prospects across multiple channels.

Join a creative, fast-paced team delivering beautiful, stress-free weddings. You will own sales performance for your team, build strong client relationships from consultation to event delivery, and collaborate with design and operations to ensure outstanding client experiences and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1–5 years of sales experience (wedding/event or lifestyle industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be proficient in speaking and understanding regional language.
• Strong ownership, adaptability, and work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales performance for your team and consistently achieve targets.
• Identify and convert new prospects through multiple channels.
• Share feedback and insights to improve sales processes and customer experience.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a smooth journey from consultation to event delivery.
• Work closely with design and operations teams to align on creative concepts and fulfilment quality.
• Provide clients with thoughtful recommendations based on their design preferences and trends.
