Discover Resorts in Karjat is seeking a passionate Wedding Sales Manager to join our Weddings Department. If you excel at closing deals and crafting unforgettable celebrations, this role offers a high-energy position in a scenic destination.

You will drive wedding sales, build relationships with couples, planners and referral partners, lead client meetings and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a flawless event experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in destination weddings, events or hospitality.
• At least 1 year in a managerial capacity.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Strong negotiation and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Drive wedding sales and work toward revenue targets.

Qualifications and skills

• Sales experience in destination weddings, events, hospitality or a related industry is required, with at least one year in a managerial capacity.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is required. Gujarati, Marwari or Sindhi is a bonus.
• A strong analytical and strategic mindset, with a passion for numbers and growth.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and customer-service skills.

Age preference

• Candidates below 40 years are preferred, as this is a high-energy, event-facing role.
