Job summary

Matid Technologies is seeking a senior events leader to drive end-to-end planning and execution of corporate, live, virtual, or hybrid events. You will manage timelines, budgets, and logistics across multiple events, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and multitasking skills, with a proven track record in large-scale events. Proficiency in Cvent or Asana is preferred, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in event production or management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale events (conferences, product launches, exhibitions, corporate events).
• Strong vendor and budget management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with event management/production tools (e.g., Cvent, Asana, or similar).
