Proshark Experience Llp seeks an experienced Event Production Manager to oversee technical execution, spatial setup, and on-site logistics for events. You will bridge design and live delivery, managing vendors, crews, and site operations to ensure seamless experiences.

The role requires 3-6 years in production, strong AV/staging knowledge, and excellent crisis management with vendor negotiation skills. Availability for weekends and late shifts is needed for event setups.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on production management experience in an event agency or production house.
• Strong technical understanding of staging, AV equipment, trussing, lighting rigs, print material specs, and spatial layouts.
• Excellent crisis management, quick decision-making, and strong vendor negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, late nights, and on-site shifts during event setups.

Responsabilités

• Oversee technical on-site execution: stage build, AV, lighting, sound, fabrication, and structural setups per floor plans.
• Coordinate with fabrication teams, sound/light technicians, venue managers, and transport partners.
• Create and manage production timelines, load-in/load-out schedules, and technical run sheets.
• Negotiate vendor rates, monitor production costs, and ensure budgets are met.
• Ensure safety and compliance with venue guidelines and local standards.

Job Title: Event Production Manager

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Event Production Manager to oversee the technical execution, spatial setup, and on-site logistics for our upcoming events. You will bridge creative design and live execution, managing vendors, technical crews, and site operations to deliver seamless event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical & On-Site Execution: Oversee stage build-up, AV, lighting, sound, fabrication, and structural setups according to event floor plans.
• Vendor & Crew Management: Coordinate with fabrication teams, sound/light technicians, venue managers, and transport logistics partners.
• Production Planning & Schedules: Create and manage production timelines, load-in/load-out schedules, and technical run sheets.
• Budget & Cost Control: Negotiate vendor rates, monitor production costs, and ensure project execution within assigned budgets.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all structures, electrical setups, and staging meet venue safety guidelines and local compliance standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 3 - 6 years of hands‑on production management experience in an event agency or production house.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of staging, AV equipment, trussing, lighting rigs, print material specs, and spatial layouts.
