Responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between client requirements, internal teams, and on-ground vendors.
• Create and manage production plans, timelines, checklists, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors (fabricators, AV, logistics, branding, hospitality, etc.) and ensure timely delivery.
• Supervise on-site builds, rehearsals, technical setups, and event flow until handover.
• Troubleshoot real-time challenges with a practical, solution-first approach.
• Ensure safety, quality, and brand standards are met across all locations.
• Manage budgets, negotiate rates, and keep cost-efficiency in check.
• Provide clear, concise communication across departments and city teams.
• Lead ground crew and ensure tasks are executed with discipline and accountability.
