TEKsystems seeks an experienced live streaming and broadcast operations professional to support executive-facing events in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will own end-to-end event production, including planning, rehearsals, and on-site and virtual delivery across Town Halls, All Hands, and leadership sessions.

The ideal candidate excels at coordinating with senior leaders, stakeholders, and presenters, troubleshoots AV and streaming issues in real time, and maintains high production

Formación

• Strong hands-on experience with live streaming, webcasting, and broadcast operations.
• Solid understanding of broadcast workflows, streaming concepts, and production environments.
• Experience supporting large-scale virtual, hybrid, and onsite events.

Responsabilidades

• Support and manage executive-facing events, including Town Halls, All Hands Meetings, Leadership Sessions, and Large-Scale Broadcasts.
• Execute live streaming and webcast productions across virtual, hybrid, and onsite environments.
• Coordinate pre-event planning, technical rehearsals, and live event execution.
• Monitor and troubleshoot audio, video, network, and streaming issues during live productions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, presenters, and leadership teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Provide end-to-end ownership of event production and technical operations.
• Maintain high production quality standards for executive communications.

• Coordinate pre-event planning, technical rehearsals, and live event execution.
• Monitor and troubleshoot audio, video, network, and streaming issues during live productions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, presenters, and leadership teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Provide end-to-end ownership of event production and technical operations.
• Maintain high production quality standards for executive communications.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Live Streaming, Webcasting, and Broadcast Operations.
• Good understanding of broadcast workflows, streaming concepts, and production environments.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as:
• OBS
• vMix
• Kaltura
• Microsoft Teams Live Events
• Similar streaming/broadcast platforms
• Strong knowledge of:
• Video Routing
• Signal Flow
• Video Switching
• AV Troubleshooting
• Experience supporting large-scale virtual, hybrid, and onsite events.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Logitech room solutions.
• Exposure to meeting room technologies and collaboration platforms.
• Background in corporate event production, broadcast operations, studio environments, or media production.
