Job summary

Caliber Organisation in Mumbai is seeking an energetic Event Operations Associate to support planning and execution of corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, brand activations and other live events.

You will work closely with Event Managers, coordinate with vendors, and ensure on-ground logistics, setup, and teardown run smoothly. Freshers or those with up to 2 years’ experience are welcome to build a career in events.

Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in events.
• Willingness to travel to different venues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from pre-event preparation to post-event activities.
• Support Event Managers and Senior Event Executives with day-to-day operational activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, production agencies and event partners.
• Assist with venue preparation, event setup and dismantling.
• Coordinate event materials, equipment, branding elements and other logistics.
• Assist with stage setup, stalls, backdrops, signage, registration areas and venue branding.
• Conduct venue visits and assist with site inspections and event readiness.
• Maintain event checklists, schedules and operational trackers.
• Support the team during on-ground event execution and ensure smooth coordination.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients and vendors as required.
• Monitor assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Assist in handling last-minute operational requirements and on-site changes.
• Travel to different event venues as required.
• Support post-event activities including material collection, vendor coordination and basic documentation.
