Job summary

Idea House Entertainment in Chennai is seeking an enthusiastic Event Executive to be the main point of contact for clients, coordinate across teams, and help turn opportunities into projects.

Freshers welcome; 0-3 years in event management preferred. You will thrive in fast-paced timelines, be proactive, and willing to travel for events. This role offers hands-on exposure to live productions and client servicing.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Someone who is proactive and ready to step beyond defined roles.
• Willing to support across teams when needed (because events are a team sport).
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and event timelines.
