Job summary

alfanar is seeking an experienced Tendering and Estimation professional to lead end-to-end bid activities for large EPC projects in India. You will review technical documentation, prepare comprehensive bid packages, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure compliant and competitive proposals.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Tendering, Estimation, and Proposal Engineering for EPC projects.
• Hands-on experience in Power Plants, Water Treatment Plants, Oil & Gas, and Process Industry Projects.
• Strong understanding of EPC/FIDIC contracts, contractual negotiations, claims, variations, and tender compliance requirements.
• Excellent knowledge of technical bid evaluation, cost estimation, and scope analysis.
• Ability to identify and mitigate technical and commercial risks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end tendering and cost estimation activities for large-value EPC projects.

• Develop cost estimates, pricing strategies, and bid execution plans.
