Role & responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of villas, clubhouse, common areas, and estate facilities.

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, landscaping, and other estate support teams.
• Plan, monitor, and follow up on routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of villas, common areas, clubhouse, landscaping, equipment, and facilities.
• Identify operational, maintenance, safety, and service issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers and ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Maintain and review maintenance logs, inspection reports, inventory records, vendor records, and other operationaldocumentation.
• Monitor estate inventory, consumables, equipment, and supplies and ensure adequate availability.
• Handle resident and guest service requirements and ensure timely resolution of complaints and requests.
• Ensure the clubhouse and common facilities are maintained and operational at all times.
• Monitor housekeeping, cleanliness, landscaping, security, and overall presentation of the estate.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, property management policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate emergency maintenance and operational issues and take appropriate action when required.
• Prepare regular operational updates and reports for management.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and estate upkeep.
• Manage multiple priorities and ensure smooth coordination between departments, vendors, residents, and management.
