Job summary

IThum World is seeking a capable Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations of the site in Dadri. The role covers maintenance coordination, staff supervision, budgeting, and vendor management to ensure efficient property performance.

The position also includes ensuring compliance with safety codes and regulatory requirements while providing transparent reports to owners and asset managers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility upkeep, scheduled repairs, and major property renovation projects.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage on-site maintenance, groundskeeping, and security staff.
• Prepare annual operating budgets, track expenses, manage housekeeping, billing, fitouts, parking, vendor invoices, and payroll.
• Source external contractors, negotiate service contracts, and oversee outside project delivery.
• Ensure the property complies with local zoning laws, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Provide regular status and financial reports to property owners or asset management groups.

• Financial Management: Prepare annual operating budgets, track expenses, House keeping, billing, timely fitouts, parking, handle vendor invoice approvals, and process payroll.
• Vendor & Contractor Relations: Source external contractors, negotiate service contracts, and oversee outside project delivery.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the property adheres to local zoning laws, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status and financial reports to property owners or asset management groups
