Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facility upkeep and oversee major repair projects.
• Hire, train, schedule, and direct on-site maintenance, groundskeeping, and security teams.
• Prepare and monitor annual operating budgets; manage expenses and invoicing.
• Source and manage external vendors; negotiate service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards and building regulations.
• Provide regular status and financial reports to owners or asset managers.

Role & responsibilities

• Operations & Maintenance: Coordinate daily facility upkeep, scheduled repairs, and major property renovation projects.
• Staff Supervision: Hire, train, schedule, and manage on-site teams including maintenance, groundskeeping, and security personnel.
• Financial Management: Prepare annual operating budgets, track expenses, House keeping, billing, timely fitouts, parking, handle vendor invoice approvals, and process payroll.
• Vendor & Contractor Relations: Source external contractors, negotiate service contracts, and oversee outside project delivery.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the property adheres to local zoning laws, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status and financial reports to property owners or asset management groups
