Job summary

DigitalEdu IT Solutions Pvt Ltd seeks a results-oriented ERP project lead to drive end-to-end AI Powered ERP deployment for colleges and universities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct kickoff meetings, analyze requirements, configure workflows, and ensure user acceptance testing and go-live success.

This role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to travel for client meetings across education and EdTech domains.

Qualifications

• Lead ERP rollout across admissions, fees, academics, exams, and student services.
• Conduct project kickoffs, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions.
• Requirement analysis and configure ERP workflows as per institutional requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (BA, Dev, QA, Support, Data Import).
• Manage UAT, GoLive, and postdeployment support.
• Ensure timely delivery, documentation, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP rollout across admissions, fees, academics, exams, and student services and any other modules
• Conduct project kickoffs, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions.
• Requirement analysis & Configure ERP workflows as per institutional requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (BA, Dev, QA, Support, Data Import).
• Manage UAT, GoLive, and postdeployment support.
• Ensure timely delivery, documentation, and client satisfaction.

Desired Skills
