Job summary

Delight ERP is seeking an ERP Implementation Specialist to bridge our software with client success. You will lead deployment, configuration, and training for new B2B customers, ensuring a smooth transition to our cloud platform.

Responsibilities include end-to-end ERP deployments, collecting business requirements, mapping to Delight workflows, and guiding users through training and hypercare support after go-live.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ERP/CRM/SaaS implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of business processes (inventory, sales, finance, HR).
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deployments concurrently.
• Basic SQL or data manipulation with Excel/CSV is a plus.

About The Role

As an ERP Implementation Specialist at Delight ERP, you will be the bridge between our software and our clients' success. You will lead the deployment, configuration, and training phases for new B2B customers, ensuring a seamless transition to our cloud platform.

What You'll Do

• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting during the critical hypercare phase.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience implementing ERP, CRM, or complex SaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes (Accounting, Inventory, Sales, HR).
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous deployment projects.
• Basic understanding of SQL or data manipulation via Excel/CSV is a huge plus.
