Job summary

VasyERP Solutions in Ahmedabad, India, seeks an ERP Implementation Associate to guide customers from sales prospects to active users of our cloud ERP and POS products.

You will be the main contact during implementation, configuring software, training users, and ensuring on-time deployment while nurturing long-term client relationships. This role emphasizes advisory input and ongoing collaboration with the Customer Success Team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product/Software Demonstrator or Product Implementer is a plus.
• Strong communication and active listening to build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and think creatively to solve client challenges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during implementation or deployment of ERP software and services.
• Configure software, provide user training, and ensure timely go-live with the product.
• Act as a trusted advisor on the implementation team and coordinate with the Customer Success Team for handoffs.
• Enter setup information for demos and production settings and maintain client environments.
• Assist with system testing and verify alignment with client needs and company goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand business by proposing solutions to customer pain points.
• Maintain open lines of communication with customers to promptly address concerns.

VasyERP (Funded by Reliance Industries) is an Ahmedabad situated young start-up working into cloud-based ERP products. We design and develop ERP & point of sale (POS) platforms for manufacturing and retail industries in India and internationally.

Introduction to Role:

As an ERP Implementation Associate, you will support customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of your products. You will be focusing on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships, and often stay with the same customers as long as they continue to work with your business.

What will you do:

• The ERP Implementation specialist will serve as the main point of contact for clients when our software and services are being Implemented or Deployed.
• Basic Job role includes recognizing the customer needs, to configure the software and implementing the product on time by providing user training.
• Become a trusted advisor for assigned customers on the implementation team.
• Provide detailed feedback and reviews for implementation handoff to the Customer Success Team.
• Enter setup information to configure the demo and production settings.
• Update and maintain customer cloud supported products environments as needed
• Assisting the client with system testing prior going live.
• Reviewing the proposed solution and to ensure that the project is in alignment with company's needs.
• To offer product solutions to customer pain points, and find opportunities to expand business.
• Must check in with customers regularly to develop an open line of communication, so concerns can be promptly heard and addressed.

What you will bring:

• Good to have experience as a Product/Software Demonstrator or Product Implementer.
