Job summary

VasyERP Solutions in Ahmedabad is seeking a Customer Success Executive to ensure customer success and satisfaction. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their goals, and help them achieve objectives through the company’s ERP and POS products.

You will own relationships from sale through implementation, coordinate onboarding, training, and deployment, and work with sales, product, and support teams to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong collaboration, time-management, influencing and prioritization skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships internally and with customers.
• Excellent listening, presentation and communication skills at all business levels.
• Ability to partner with customers in developing their strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation.

• Take care of smooth Onboarding, Training and Implementation process.
• Create initiatives that help to drive successful product implementation.
• Work with sales, product, and support teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations.
• Complete video and phone calls to ensure that customers are supported during the onboarding process.
• Respond to customer emails, chats, and calls regarding implementation.
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

VasyERP (Funded by Reliance Industries) is an Ahmedabad situated young start-up working into cloud-based ERP products. We design and develop ERP & point of sale (POS) platforms for manufacturing and retail industries in India and internationally.

As a Customer Success Executive, you will be ensuring the success and satisfaction of organization’s customers. This involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals, and working with them to help achieve their objectives through the use of the company's products and services.
