Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the roles.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews, ensuring a strong fit for both technical skills and cultural alignment.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for engineering positions.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
