The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering roles, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent in the industry. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the roles.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for engineering positions.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
