Job summary

BDHRS Talent 4.0 Private Limited requires a Production Manager to oversee the wire and cable plant operations from planning to execution. You will manage shop-floor resources, ensure BIS/IS quality standards, safety norms, and drive daily/monthly target achievements.

Lead production teams, coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch, and generate MIS reports. Candidates should have hands-on experience in cable manufacturing and strong leadership under pressure.
