Ventures Hrd Centre in India, Telangana is seeking an Engineer - Production (Mechanical Assembly & Cable Assembly) to manage plant operations across production, drive schedules and Lean initiatives, and ensure safety compliance. The role requires TIG Welding experience and a background in B.Tech/B.E.

or Diploma in a relevant field, with hands-on leadership of cross-functional teams to improve throughput and reduce scrap.

Qualificações

• TIG welding experience is mandatory.
• UG qualifications include B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in any specialization.
• Experience in production/manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage plant operations across production.
• Drive production schedules, OEE, throughput, scrap reduction and Lean initiatives.
• Lead teams, ensure safety compliance, perform root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
